GAAD – Global Accessibility Awareness Day

May 21, 2020

Thursday, May 21, 2020, marks the ninth Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital access/inclusion and people with different disabilities.

So what is Digital Accessibility?
Digital Accessibility is an awareness and commitment to ensuring that someone who has a disability is able to use web content and services in the same way as those without disabilities. It is about ensuring that every user experience has a first-rate digital experience on the web.
