New Zealand Sign Language Week

BLENNZ whānau would like to welcome you all to New Zealand Sign Language Week being kicked off with a video from two of our own super stars, Saul Taylor (BLENNZ Auckland South Resource Teacher Vision) and Patrick Pink (National Assessment Service, Senior Resource Teacher Vision).

Saul:  Hello
Patrick:  Hello
Saul:  My name is S-A-U-L.  My name sign is Saul (rolling up the sleeves).  What is your name?
Patrick:  Hello, my name is P-A-T-R-I-C-K (In American Sign Language).
Saul:  P-A-T-R-I-C-K (American Sign Language) translated into New Zealand Sign Language is P-A-T-R-I-C-K.  Hello, nice to meet you.  This week is New Zealand Sign Language Week.  Hi, Happy Sign Language Week from South Auckland.  Bye.
