In contrast, the Beginning iOS programme was under-subscribed; as a result, an additional MasterChef Immersion was scheduled for the start of Term 2 to better align with demand. MasterChef was highly valued, with feedback indicating that the skills learned will be transferred to the home environment.
Winter Sports included a visit to Auckland Curling, where ākonga engaged in a new and enjoyable experience. The providers offered a presentation supported by a tactile map of the ice and adapted all activities to ensure accessibility and meaningful participation for our ākonga.
