Kia ora! I’m Katie, one of the School Practice Leads for BLENNZ Homai Campus School and satellite classes, working alongside our team to support inclusive learning, strengthen practice, and ensure positive, meaningful experiences for all ākonga and their whānau together.
Alongside supporting our Assistant Principal School Services with the operational running of the school, I work closely with our Classroom RTVs and Learning Assistants to design fun, accessible, and meaningful learning experiences for our ākonga. I am a key point of contact for ākonga and their whānau, and my door is always open, building strong relationships across our community. With over 20 years of experience in specialist education, I am a passionate advocate and am committed to supporting each ākonga to reach their fullest potential every day through collaborative planning, reflection, and responsive teaching that honours individual strengths and needs.
